Account restored after 10 days and 40+ emails back and worth with the company. It was a long exhausting battle emotionally.
I do not advise anyone to keep large amounts of cash in this type of account.
Customer service is terrible and unsympathetic to their customers. I did finally get a manager MJ who was able to solve my issue and I am thankful..

Cash app has the worst customer service ever. I had always enjoyed the service of the app but once I am locked out of my account and need the for an emergency.
I sent numerous emails and called but have been unable to get a response from them still to be able to access my funds.
This is unacceptable to have money but be unable to access it. I do not recommend this company because this same scenario could very well happen to you.
Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Cash App Pros: Good when its working.
Cash App Cons: You cannot get help.
