Dispute a cash app transaction
- - Unauthorized $8.99 charge while Cash App card was locked.
- - Funds were taken later the same day despite the card being locked.
I was charged 8.99 while my cash app card was locked and without my authorization I did not authorize this payment I was charged around 4 am and when I put money in around 4 pm the money got taken out even though my cash app card was locked. Then what's the pof my cash app card being locked if they can still have access to my money on my cash app card int

Cashapp sucks at refunding money
- - Deposit refund was instant at checkout before; this time it's pending for a week, motel says funds released to card, Cash App shows none.
So i checked into the motel the motel took the deposit when i checked out it was refunded right away same motel only a day later samething but this time i checked out no refund says its pending been pending for a week now, called the motel they said they already released my funds back to my card that uts up to my bank on when they want to put it back into my account, then cashapp says they havent received a refund but on my app it clearly says pending refunded but yet still no money in my account, iv been through this 3 times with these *** and everytine i tell them the motel said they refunded the money already cashapp tells me they haven't cashapp is a lien *** joke they honestly should be put out of business

I have been trying to get a cash app...
I have been trying to get a Cash App card, even trying to pay for one over and over and over every way, but nothing. I would like to know what's going on; it's always saying an unexpected error occurred.
Try again later. Every time the same thing. I just want a card.

My Cash App keeps getting declined.My bank says my address is linked to my card already
I went to the bank to find out why my money from the bank was not being released from the use of Cash App. They told me that I needed to update my new address on Cash App.
I did that, and yet I have not been able to send money to my fiancé. My card keeps getting declined when I've already made the update of my new address.

Fraud
The customer service was very unhelpful and difficult to talk to about my situation.
Someone added my debit card to their Cash App account, and Cash App allowed them to use it. My debit card has my name on it, so why would Cash App allow another person to add my information to their account? They really don't care about your money.

Please let come together and make them pay for all the mental breakdowns we have for them letting people take our money. And then see it was fraud. And still won’t give money back.
My husband sent me money on the 24th of February. Before I could get to my money, someone took it.
I called Cash App and told them about it, and as I was talking to them, they took a loan out on Cash App. Now today they tell me I can't get my money back.
So they let someone steal. Now I'm facing foreclosure.

- - Cash App opened an account in my name and a Visa card.
- - Cash App support was unhelpful; I had to call back.
I was recently hacked and had to change everything in my name from my bank account to my credit cards.
EVERYTHING!
The same individual opened a cash app account in my name, and I received a Visa debit card in the mail.
I called Cash App and the person that answered my call sounded like a 15-year-old moron.
She did nothing to block this card and I had to call back again and speak to someone else.
Im taking this to the police because I am not convinced that this account has been eliminated.
I am so pissed off at the ease in which these scammers have the ability to steal your identity!
