Resolved: PLEASE VERIFY MY ACCOUNT!!!
I opened an account with Cash App in early March and I purchased a bitcoin worth $2000 so that I can send out. I have been trying to verify my account since then in vain.
I have called customer service numerous times trying to get help because the error message is 'Couldn't verify photo. Check your internet connection and try again.' This is very frustrating and time-wasting. Every time I call, the representatives put me on hold and tell me they are working on it... big lie!!!
Because 30-60 minutes later, they say they have forwarded my case to someone else. I have heard this narrative numerous times and I wonder if it's incompetency or the company has enough customers and doesn't need extra ones. Could there be someone out there who can help me to verify my picture and account? That's the only thing I need to finalize my bitcoin transaction!
I have sent a picture of my ID both front and back and my selfie holding it as requested. I just need my account verified.

The sending was cancelled after typed in bitcoin address I am a loyal honest caring truthful helpful want to talk to support people love all my children my Grandchild teen my Christian family my country and God most. I was buying a phone from him from Facebook market. We met and the phone was in the box.
I asked him to open and he will hand it over to me only when I had made payment. I sent to him, and just when I was on it, his driver called him to check something quickly for him. He handed the phone to me and said he was coming so we open it together. I trusted him and confirmed the transfer.
As soon as the money was confirmed, he quickly sped off the car.
When I opened the box, it was a metallic object in the box. I reported the transfer to cashapp and till date, they didn't do anything about it
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: CashApp do not care. It's mostly used by scammers. Avoid cashapp. They don't care about you

I can’t use my card it says it’s declined something about it’s locked
I need it fixed so I can use it when I go to the store. but every time I try to use it it declines it. I can use it if I send money, but I cant use it at a store.

I even sent you proof that someone in the company of cash app was stealing lol $10 amounts off my account I sent them proof and pictures

I added it to yet the app is stating they didnt even get it which it shows that they didnt get it but yet on my Cash app, it says that it got taken out of my account, but you guys are going to dispute it for 90 days. Thats just the dumbest thing Ive ever heard You guys messed up.
You lost my transaction or something and then youre gonna tell me I have to wait 90 days to get my money back because you guys want to make it a joke out of my account thats discrimination, biased, prejudice, and all the other just overwhelming. I literally we never suggest going to this app dont spend money on something thats gonna steal and then act like they dont too cowardly to even talk cause they hang up the phone come on man you guys got a lot of issues with your bank or not bank ..thirst 3 party ffffank bank

Suspected fraud
I kind of knew that this was too good to be true there was no way of getting a hold of this company I guess I just take my loss and I'll never do it again please be careful of what you order online you never know if it's real or not
If they are saying the order was sent why haven't I gotten it then it's been a long time waiting when I called Cato's they asked for the order number I gave it to him and they said that it was a scam that it had nothing to do with them this kind of stuff makes me not want to order anything online anymore

Nothing has been updated even after my phone has been updated . Nor have I received a call or text or email regarding the situation yet .
Just how they bypassed your message from me they did the same to me . I find it strange around filing time nobody for.
Their company is being active . I would like to use this company in the further besides filing so this is bad when people say cash app is not good I whole heartedly defend them saying free enterprise and low fees is beautiful and they fix their issues until June 2024 and now the same thing I’m not sure if this is a pattern but clearing something has drastically changed
How this is resolved is how it depends
So I called cash app customer services expressing concerns how I didnt use the password but once and can I reset the account or can someone unlock it I was told that they would look into the matter ; after two hours of wasted trouble shooting I was able to identify myself and supposedly make a new password to file and it was unlocked . However when getting off the phone it was still locked unable to put new password I created to enter in to file . Not sure if its a tech issue or fowl play just would like to know why I was being lied too and how its not resolve with no email or update and still unable to file .
The cash app services aside from filing works fine . I give cash app business but this is not a non serious matter cuz its attached to my income and business .
- Businsss customer irs filing is no support no responses or emails
- No customer support at all
Preferred solution: To be able to file before the 15 of February meaning today or anytime this week and why is it still locked if my identity was reviewed and revealed .

I was wondering how could someone *** into my cash app account to go to a sponsor account and unlock it when I have it locked on my end and go to the ATM and redraw money off of my 17-year-old card now they have access to his car in his phone and he is incarcerated so what can I do about the account

You fool.. No One in this company is taking small amount from your account.
No one is discriminating against you. Other than your horrible writing skills, how could they know anything about you. Your account has been compromised. Disconnect the pay method immediately.
These are probably test transactions ran by an operation that can't keep track of what they are doing.
You're about to be hit hard. You may also want to establish credit freezes and check your credit (even if it's garbage) to be sure that this doesn't go beyond Cash App.
