Sent money to the wrong person
Your phone number is not working and I have no way to contact you! I tried to call you through the number given on the Internet and all I got was a strange buzz that was not a busy signal. Very disappointed.

Lost card
Everything went smoothly they are sending me a new card
Its kinda difficult to speak to a human
But was able to resolve issue thru text
Can’t verify account
I cannot verify my account, and I have used all the tips that you guys provided, but still can't verify. Why am I having so many problems trying to verify?
I'm using my California ID card, and it still won't work.
Is there a number I can call or an email I can text for help? I've been trying for the past hour now; I need help.

The purchases it says i've made i didn't because my card has been locked since the last time this same thing happened i don't know if im asking for some for of compensation or asking for a fix but i need this handled but it continuesly asked for said amount i need to pay but i didn't make any of those purchases and along with the pictures i provided on cash app it says i have made 0/zero purchases in the month of July yet i was charged in july not only that i haven't purchased anything from apple i don't understand what's going on my card has been locked for several months.

I was hacked by a sophisticated ATP group that infected me with ransomware, and they would lock my phone and do account takeovers and take my account and emails so I couldn't get back in. They took my Cash App, but I iMessaged Cash App # and told them to close the account and take my bank off of it.
My boyfriend called and told them to do the same, and we thought everything was cool. Here, they wired $20,000 from his account to my account and were using my account to deposit it into their account. I had begged Cash App # to give me my account back. I passed the verification, and then they said for security reasons they couldn't give it back, and I'm banned from Cash App # for security reasons, which doesn't even make sense because I didn't *** anybody.
I have the victim, and back then when this happened, all you could do was talk through the chat. They didn't have a phone number, and I don't know if it was a bot that was screwing me over or if that was a real person, but they made me lose a lot of money. The hackers would charge my Cash App as fake Apple, fake Microsoft, and fake AVG, and my card would be locked, yet they would still be able to take money and put it in the negative.
It doesn't even make sense, even when I didn't have a card because they banned me from having a Cash App card; the attackers were still able to take money out of my account and just keep putting me negative. I asked them to ban Apple because I was getting 100 charges a day, and they told me that they did, but they didn't.

Cash App is a huge pain with extremely ignorant employees. They will steal your money and refuse to give it back, even after proving that you did not spend the money.
They will steal your last $1 and leave you with nothing. They do not care if you lost your job and need to buy food; they are selfish and will steal your money. I have not even bought anything today. I had $12, but now it's gone.
I did not spend it. They are not capable of telling me why they stole the money. They keep asking about a transaction. There is not a transaction.
About an hour ago, I had $12.
I was fixing to go buy bread, but I cannot because they stole the money. They are greedy, evil monsters who do not care about their customers.

The whole experience sucks, you never get the answer to anything you asked.. All you get is you violated the terms but never knows the violation..
Then you do everything asked and still the account gets closed, on top of that it was identity theft m... Chime and Venmo honored everything they told me..
