I have gotten no help from cash app to stop Liu Liyan from fraudulently trying to take 39.99 from me 27 times. I blocked them and yet they are still able to try.

Cash app just says block them. I did and it hasn't changed a thing. Cash app won't get off of their *** and do anything,so I have an attorney. I guess I will sue them!!!

I'm trying to recover my old account and because I have no access to the email or phone number to the account they are telling me my only option is to wait up to 5 years for the money to be turned over to the state. This is an account that I had before prison and I have no access to the email or phone number to receive a verification code.
