I canceled my old card and I ordered a new one but I never received it. Can yal help me with getting a new card sent to me at my regular home address. Which is 1408 leeland dr. Kingsport TN. 37660

I have been scammed and need to cancel my Cash app account. It was $100 on 10/23/2020. I tried to dispute but I couldn’t get it to work what do I do now?

Thank you for your comment, although they state "we do not have live customer support, you can only communicate with them via email" but then they do not respond, my money was released to a fraudulent account on 7/29/20, I've provided a letter to them with the fraudulent account number it went through from DOL with ACH traces and they have still not done anything about it, now they do not even respond to my emails, I mailed them the letters via the post office to their corporate office and still nothing. This is by far the worst experience with a "bank" I have ever had. A real bank with standards would not have let my money go into an account that was not mine, it would have kicked it back immediately, but CashApp has no standards, no morals, no trust or loyalty to their customers.

Same thing has happened to me, its really crazy how after reaching out to then they will stop responding to my emails calls letters, they should be shut down!!

I am experiencing the same problem now. I have been waiting 60 days for a solution of 8 claims disputes from unauthorized transactions. Whenever I chat with their "support" team I am told that someone would email me. This is so disappointing.

I had a similar experience. I contacted their bank and complained to them and a formal statement was sent with a lot of cc’s! I also wrote several negative, hideous reviews in various places. About 2.5 weeks later, my money was replaced and they had to make a deposit into my bank. I had unlinked my external accounts and lock my CASH APP card. The moral of my story is to be persistent but patient. Reach out to any and everyone that may be able to assist. I also alerted my regional Senator. Don’t give up! You can always file a dispute from your bank. That scares them! Hang in there!

There should be a phone number for you to call or a tracking number. From now on use Western Union and that way it's safer and you will have a tracking number and all info. I personally don't use Cash app anymore. Secure issues

I would expect they are leary of you as well. You are at risk for being scammed if you aren’t using a safe platform to sell your items. What else can you do but release the number but maybe do some research on the name of the buyer.

I suggest using an app that doesn’t charge fees. See apps like Paypal or Dave. CreditKarma even has come out with savings and checking accounts with a debit card included.

Good luck I been fighting with them for 5 days just don’t trust anyone that calls you from the support teams it is scammers
