On 10/06/24 I woke up at 4:08am EST to find that my cashapp was signed out of my phone so i signed back in to find a message that states my cashapp account has been closed due to violating terms of service and that most features of the app i can't use but i am still able to withdraw my funds and bitcoin. I had 571.16$ remaining in my balance, being that my account was closed I was unable to use my cash app card to withdraw the funds that were remaining in my cash app account, so I transferred the 571.16$ from my cash app to an external account which would be my husband's PayPal account and cash app charged me a 10$ transfer fee so the total amount that was transferred to my PayPal account was 561.16$, so i went to see if the money was available in my husband's paypal account but the transaction said pending credit received unclaimed so I asked paypal what that meant and they said that the money was transferred to a wrong phone number, email, or paypal account but I put the actual card number into my cashapp when I withdrew the funds so I asked paypal to cancel the transaction transfer in hopes that it would immediately go back to my cash app account but there is no money in my cash app account and I have contacted PayPal and they have confirmed the transaction has been canceled and the funds were never received.
The 561.16$ should of been returned to my cash app account but the funds are no where to be found, it's been over 2 weeks today I have contacted PayPal and cash app multiple times and nobody can help me. I have screenshots of proof that I never received the money and that it was canceled.
So, I transferred the $571.16 from my Cash App to an external account, which would be my PayPal account card number ending in ****. Cash App charged me a $10 transfer fee, so the total amount that was transferred to my PayPal account was $561.16. However, it just said pending unclaimed transfer and I canceled it so the funds would go back to my Cash App account. But there is no money in my Cash App account, and I have contacted PayPal and they have confirmed the transaction has been canceled and the funds were never received.
The $561.16 should have been returned to my Cash App account, but the funds are nowhere to be found.
It's been five business days today, and I have contacted PayPal and Cash App multiple times, but nobody can help me. I have screenshots as proof that I never received the money and that it was canceled.

The purchases it says i've made i didn't because my card has been locked since the last time this same thing happened i don't know if im asking for some for of compensation or asking for a fix but i need this handled but it continuesly asked for said amount i need to pay but i didn't make any of those purchases and along with the pictures i provided on cash app it says i have made 0/zero purchases in the month of July yet i was charged in july not only that i haven't purchased anything from apple i don't understand what's going on my card has been locked for several months.

I was hacked by a sophisticated ATP group that infected me with ransomware, and they would lock my phone and do account takeovers and take my account and emails so I couldn't get back in. They took my Cash App, but I iMessaged Cash App # and told them to close the account and take my bank off of it.
My boyfriend called and told them to do the same, and we thought everything was cool. Here, they wired $20,000 from his account to my account and were using my account to deposit it into their account. I had begged Cash App # to give me my account back. I passed the verification, and then they said for security reasons they couldn't give it back, and I'm banned from Cash App # for security reasons, which doesn't even make sense because I didn't *** anybody.
I have the victim, and back then when this happened, all you could do was talk through the chat. They didn't have a phone number, and I don't know if it was a bot that was screwing me over or if that was a real person, but they made me lose a lot of money. The hackers would charge my Cash App as fake Apple, fake Microsoft, and fake AVG, and my card would be locked, yet they would still be able to take money and put it in the negative.
It doesn't even make sense, even when I didn't have a card because they banned me from having a Cash App card; the attackers were still able to take money out of my account and just keep putting me negative. I asked them to ban Apple because I was getting 100 charges a day, and they told me that they did, but they didn't.

The support team has yet to resolve ANY issues I have reported, then they assume that everything is handled and beg for a review. I'm tired of this.
The whole dispute process takes way too long! I don't ever want to go to their support team again!

I spoke to someone that I could barely understand. I had to ask repeatedly to explain what he was saying.
I thought he said it was fixed. The money was transferred as requested. I didn't know how to retrieve it. So I ended up sending it to myself.
The money is gone and I don't know where. This money is part of payments of things I am selling to finance my daughter's cremation.

I have chatted with Cashapp's customer service and they give you links on how to report offenders and view scam awareness, but never apologize or refund your money caused by their policies and poor customer service agents.
I couldn't believe it because the address was from Coinbase.com. The transfer was a critical transaction with a time limit involved. When I called their customer service they said they were going to write a service ticket to a "special team" and were going to resolve the issue in 24 hours. I told them their service was very lacking, didn't meet expectations and the agent couldn't answer questions and had a "I don't care" attitude.
On 6/8,
I attempted to make a third attempt, to send a Bitcoin transfer to Crypto.com.
It was approved but to my dismay and confusion they only allowed 12% of total transaction value to be transferred. When this happened it completely frustrated me and I decided to sell the Bitcoin to savings and then withdraw the money to my bank and then make a wire transfer request from my bank 12 hours later from my critical time limit on 6/7. Cashapp's lack of service and slow correction time completely wasted me and my business partners time.
It also made us change our plans and timing of the payment. I lost $351 in transaction fees

They keep cancelling my withdrawals even though the addresss I use to send bitcoin to blockchain is legitimate but they flagged as scam. They are doing this so my weekly limit will reset making me have to meet that limit before allowing my withdrawal to happen so they can steal more of my money. They are cooks!

Well, my account was temporarily locked due to them seeing suspicious activity. I called them to confirm that the transaction that locked my account was my transaction.
They said to wait 24-48 hrs and it would be unlocked.
Well, it has been 4 days and still not unlocked. You call to speak to someone for help and they just take the complaint and refuse to help you or find someone who can.
