Locked cash app account sadly

I really mistook my Cash App as playing a trick on me. I'm sorry for the inconvenience with my account. I'm not so pissed, but in reality, I was new to the whole thing. Somewhat or somehow, I'm not so good with technology.

Verified Reviewer - - -Texts asked if I authorized $52.50 Cash App transfer.
- - -Wells Fargo paid 5×$52.50 & 1×$26.11 before I spoke.
- - -I never authorized these; I was locked out.
I did everything I could, including filing a claim in their app, filed a claim with my bank, contacted a consumer agency, posted on Pissed Consumer and filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not use CashApp until they put protections in place to prevent fraudulent transactions to their customers' accounts.
As soon as the first one came in, I called the number for the fraud department at Wells Fargo Bank to alert them to the fact that I had not authorized any transactions. By the time I was able to speak with a person in the fraud department, they had already paid out five payments of $52.50 and one payment of $26.11. I have never authorized more than two transactions in one day on this account with Cash App and have never authorized any transactions in these amounts. I was immediately locked out of my Cash App account and had to try and reestablish the account so I could file a claim with them.
I took screenshots to prove someone had locked me out of my account. I eventually was able to get back in and file a complaint with Cash App, but I never heard back from them. After several weeks, I went back into my account, and I found I was locked out again, so I could not even see if there had been any response to my complaint. Nevertheless, no one from Cash App tried to contact me by any other method, even though they had my email and phone number.
I have never authorized any transactions to the account the money was transferred to, and Cash App should have detected the fraud before I was charged almost $300.
They did nothing to try and protect me as their consumer. I want them to research this fraud and refund my money, because had they done their due diligence, they would have immediately realized these were fraudulent transactions.

I've called multiple times. I told them everything that was going on with 2 hours of everything and asked if they could freeze the account, reverse anything that had taken place in that time period and that I didn't have access anymore.

Systems have been down all morning

I am so VERY SICK and Tired of financial institutions who think that they are ABOVE being SCRUTINIZED. This institution lowered my ABILITY to draw funds because I was five days late in paying back my loan.
Yet, this institution FEELS JUSTIFIED at treating customers in this manner besides their site being down ALL DAY. I am SICK of being treated like human waste products and these institutions get by with *** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't use them...they will evenually get you. No cusrtomer service.
I have all paper work, emails etc to PROVE I only received the $84 which I did repay the $84 back on time. I have repeatedly emailed cashapp for they will only communicate this way. I have gotten at least 30 or more emails all from different names but with the exact same message. Defiantly bots replying.
Yet they still say I owe this money and keep adding late fees.
Someone needs to personally contact me so we can get this settled. I have ALL proof I do not owe this and it has been going on for 2 months and I have done everything I can do to solve this matter.
