Out of the blue cash app decided to close my account and steal the money that was in the account. I have called customer service at least 10 to 15 times and they have yet to find a resolution.

They do not care. I believe they close a lot of accounts that have money in them and they steal it. That's how they make a profit. Do not use this app it is corrupt and fraudulent.

Once your account is closed there is nothing you can do. Customer service will tell you it takes up to 10 days and they'll tell you 30 days and sometimes they'll say 24 to 48 hours.

Either way you're not getting your money back. Cash app closes accounts and steals the money that's on the account.

I WAS ON A SITE CALLED GLP1 FOR WEIGHT LOSS.I CLICK ON THE ITEMS THAT I WANTED.THEN I CLICKED ON THE PAY. BUTTON.I USED MY CASH APP CARD TO PAY FOR IT.WHEN I CLICKED ON THE PAY BUTTON PUT ALL MY INFORMATION IN.AND HIT PAY.STILL ON THE GLP1 SITE.AFTER I HIT THE PAY BUTTON IT WENT TO A SITE CALLED SPARKING WONDERS.I.

IDK WHAT THEY SELL OR ANYTHING.I CONTACTED CASH APP AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAD HAPPEND.THEY TOLD ME THAT I MADE A PURCHASE WITH SPARKING WONDERS.I. I TOLD THEM I WAS ON THE GLP1 SITE THAT I DONT KNOW HOW IN THE HECK THE OTHER SITE GOT IN THERE

THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.PLUS I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR THE MONEY THAT WAS SPENT.

I tried to borrow $200 from my cash app borrow. I received $84.00 yet they claim I got 200.

I have all paper work, emails etc to PROVE I only received the $84 which I did repay the $84 back on time. I have repeatedly emailed cashapp for they will only communicate this way. I have gotten at least 30 or more emails all from different names but with the exact same message. Defiantly bots replying.

Yet they still say I owe this money and keep adding late fees.

Someone needs to personally contact me so we can get this settled. I have ALL proof I do not owe this and it has been going on for 2 months and I have done everything I can do to solve this matter.

Cash App is a HUGE pain with extremely ignorant employees. They will steal your money and refuse to give it back, even after proving that you didnt spend the money.

They will steal your last $1 and leave you with nothing. They dont care if you lost your job and need to buy food, theyre selfish and will steal your money. I havent even bought anything today. I had $12, but now its gone.

I didnt spend it. They are not capable of telling me why they stole the money. They keep asking about a transaction. There is not a transaction.

Despite submitting all required documentationincluding clear screenshots from Google Play indicating the exact timestamps and order numbersI have been informed that my dispute was flagged as fraudulent due to a failure on my part to verify additional identification.

I attempted to purchase and mint NFTs through Fone Network AI on Google Play using Cash App. Since the transactions did not successfully process on the merchants sideresulting in an undelivered digital productI followed standard consumer procedures and initiated a dispute for each charge. I provided all necessary details, including snapshots that clearly outlined the exact times, dates, and corresponding order numbers. However, instead of resolving the matter, Cash App subsequently labeled my dispute as fraudulent because I did not verify my identification post-dispute, an assertion I find perplexing given the comprehensive documentation I provided.

**Alleged Unfair Business Practices & Violations:**

2. **Violation of Californias Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code § 17200):** - **Due Process Denied:** My account was blocked without reasonable explanation, and I was not given an opportunity to contest the decision, reflecting an unfair business practice.
