Cash app has the worst customer service I've come across. Actually I do not think I have ever talked to a live agent although they tell me that they are real. They do not try to help with problems.
I have had direct deposit with cash app for years. The overdraft I do appreciate but they have started to make me get money from my other bank to pay that off when they never used to do that and they never resolve that problem and they don't care
User's recommendation: Just try to make sure that your transactions are what you want because if you make an error it's very very hard to deal with customer service

These people are scamming and taking people's money because they won't give me my tax returns
This company is a scam this company is a scam this company is a scam like I said to them I was told I can create another cash app after the first one was closed back in 2018 and I told them I was gambling and then they said I can make another one just make it a business account then I did that and then come 2023 they closed it again and not only that they withhold my tax returns and keep saying when I call that I violated their terms if that was the case why did somebody give me permission to make another account the first time this company is a scam and they need to be shut down

Keep getting taken out of my checking acct and I don’t even have a cash app acct with you.
My son has opened an account in my name and didn't have my permission, and I want the acct closed. I will never open an acct because I don't need a cash app account. I want it closed.

ISSUE NOT RESOLVED
I HAVE BEEN CALLING CASHAPP FOR 3 WEEKS TO FIX AN ISSUE AND VERIFY MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN MAKE TRANSACTIONS BUT WHEN I CALL THEY KEEP ME ON HOLD AND DO NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE ! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THERE IS MONEY IN BITCOIN PENDING TO BE SENT OUT.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE HELP. HOW CAN I REACH SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX THIS?!

My account was closed without any explanation. I never got any communication after several calls and online conversations. Everyone said they didn't have any further information about why my account was closed
I have been sending messages since October 14, 15, 16 regarding my card not working. I haven't received any emails.

My money my SSI and my retirement they have messed over me since the 26th of February and it's not the first time I'm ready to go to the news media cash app keep sending me through circles
User's recommendation: Don't by no means have your SSI or retirement go to cash app here it is the next month 20 something and I still haven't received my SSI or my retirement from last month they keep telling me that I got the wrong information and things of that sort so here I am stuck lost my housing also been begging for food to eat can't drive the car cuz don't have gas money I owe people and they think I'm lying what does cash app say they say they're going to have an investigation I don't recommend them at all

Unauthorized transactions
I have gotten no help from cash app to stop Liu Liyan from fraudulently trying to take 39.99 from me 27 times. I blocked them and yet they are still able to try.
Cash app just says block them. I did and it hasn't changed a thing. Cash app won't get off of their *** and do anything,so I have an attorney. I guess I will sue them!!!
Cash app SUCKS!
I actually changed my name on my account to KISS my *** That's how much I hate them and how much they suck. Information was leaked clearly because I have never heard of that person before
