Ok I was able to pull my funds from the app to my linked debit card that problem is solved but now there still remains the 2500 in bitcoins that just vanished and at least 500 emails to there support and not 1 damn support person can tell me where the coins are .. they tell me we have gave you all the infomation we can In this case and are unable to tell you anything else .. well damn you have not told me anything at all and say we told you all we can is telling me nothing telling me all you can please such a damn joke

Okay first started where you have to verify yourself how you do that if by an automatic camera system app well for some reason it would not take a picture of the back of my ID no matter how hard I tried how high definition how clear I got it it would not click the picture so I could not verify myself I contacted customer support and told them exactly that I opened up a claim ticket I sent them pictures of my ID I sent them pictures of my home address mail being mailed to me that matched with my ID and I also sent a video of me trying to scan the ID and it not work well customer service did nothing and in that time a large amount of money in my account and made the mistake buying Bitcoins $2,500 worth little did I know that when I tried to transfer it to my Bitcoin wallet here comes the verify your ID thing again and with no way to be able to do that they held my Bitcoin hostage I had no way to move it no way to transfer it no way to do anything with it so I made the mistake of opening up another claim ticket and asking how I can get my Bitcoins out and that it's asking me to verify myself and it will not take the back picture and the next thing I know I get an email saying that my account has been closed and they cancel my card activity I couldn't draw any money out I couldn't do anything I got a hold of their so-called customer support and open the claim ticket and they told me that my account is been closed because I did not get a hold of them for over a week and a half on my claim ticket which is a total lie because this just happened I had over $5,000 in the account do you think I'd wait for over a week to do something about my lost money oh finally finally I got an email saying that I would be given to a customer support case specialist and he would resolve my issue in less than a day so the support guy gets a hold of me and tells me that they have to reset my account and that I should log off for 5 minutes and then when I log back in my funds would be there and available to cash out I was thinking great this is awesome I've no problem with my account being closed I can move my money someplace else so I wait for 20 minutes or so I log back in and I have absolutely nothing in my account anymore absolutely nothing so I sent the customer support guy message and I get told and returned it takes a couple hours for your money to reflect well that's been 16 hours ago and nothing has reflected nothing has changed customer service has stopped talking to me I have plenty of evidence to support my claim against these people
